These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Rivethink. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Rivethink is a portfolio analytics platform. It helps users import broker transactions from XTB, Revolut, and custom CSV files; organize multiple broker accounts; visualize holdings and performance; review stock charts with transaction markers; record investment decisions in a journal; and use AI-generated portfolio or stock analysis.

Rivethink is not a broker, exchange, financial advisor, investment advisor, tax advisor, or legal advisor. It does not execute trades or hold user funds or securities.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure, for activity performed through your account, and for ensuring that information you upload or enter is accurate. Please contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

4. User Data and Imported Transactions

You retain ownership of the transaction files, journal entries, and other information you upload. Rivethink processes this data only as needed to provide portfolio analytics, charts, journal features, account functionality, and AI analysis requested through the service.

You are responsible for having the right to upload and process the data you provide. See the Privacy Policy for more information about how Rivethink handles data.

5. No Financial Advice

Rivethink provides informational and analytical tools only. It does not recommend that you buy, sell, or hold any security or other investment. Portfolio metrics, charts, calculations, and other outputs are not personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

You are responsible for your own investment decisions and for consulting qualified professionals when appropriate. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

6. AI Analysis Disclaimer

AI-generated analysis may be incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or outdated. AI output is provided for informational purposes only and must not be treated as financial, tax, legal, or investment advice.

Verify important information independently before making decisions. You remain responsible for how you interpret and use AI-generated output.

7. Market Data Disclaimer

Market prices, historical candles, company information, and related data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or temporarily unavailable. Rivethink is not responsible for losses or decisions caused by market data errors, delays, provider limitations, or outages.

8. User Responsibilities

When using Rivethink, you agree not to:

• Upload data that is illegal or that you do not have the right to use.
• Misuse the service or interfere with other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Scrape, automate against, or overload the service in a harmful or unreasonable way.
• Use the service for fraud, market abuse, money laundering, or other illegal financial activity.

9. Availability

We aim to keep Rivethink available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent access. Features may change, and maintenance, technical issues, or third-party provider outages may temporarily affect the service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rivethink and its operators are not liable for investment losses, missed opportunities, inaccurate calculations or data, AI errors, service outages, loss of access, or decisions made using information from the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Termination

You may stop using Rivethink at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when an account is used to abuse the service, harm other users, create security risks, or violate these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continued use of Rivethink after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
